Mildly spooky and mysterious with intriguing characters, Midnight Mass proves to be a good TV show to prepare for Halloween.

Yes, he is back. Mike Flanagan makes a hat trick on this list with The Haunting Of Bly Manor, and why not? Arguably, he knows what he is doing when it comes to horror TV shows. The Haunting Of Bly Manor follows a young nanny who gets hired by a man to look after his niece and nephew after their parent's tragic death. Soon after she arrives at the Bly estate, strange things start to happen and a grim history starts to unravel. The series starts off slow, but the second half makes it all worth it. An emotional story about grief and love mixed with a ghostly atmosphere makes The Haunting Of Bly Manor a great horror show.

We know that Spanish horror can really send shivers down our spines. 30 Coins is a strong contender if you are looking to get your heart rate pumping. This Spanish series follows an exiled priest and exorcist, Father Vergara, who tries to escape his demons while living in a remote village in Spain. Supernatural with both good and evil, this is an excellent show you’ll want to binge-watch.

The story follows a group of terminally ill patients at Brightcliffe Hospital. During secret meetings at night, the group gathers to tell horror stories. Closer to a scary drama than an outright horror show, The Midnight Club feels like a teen drama that offers great entertainment with scary elements. In other words, a scary TV show worth watching.

Last but not least, is this new scary release from Netflix. With a plot filled with twists and turns, we follow a married couple moving into their new dream home.
